The gorgeous original ornate french polished flame mahogany top secured by original lock and steel key with gilt brass ormolu escutcheon. The serpentine shaped lift top reveals a fitted interior with 9 compartments with lids and turned handles ideal for the collectors or rings jewelry or trinkets and perfect as lamp table or even bedside table. Original brass support hinge allows lid to stay open. Original lock and working steel key supplied.
