Late 19th century Sheraton mahogany sewing table raised on tapering legs joined by lower shaped platform . The french polished mahogany top secured by original working lock and steel key with gilt bronze ormolu escutcheon. The lift top reveals a fitted interior with mahogany lidded compartments ideal for the collector for rings, cufflinks, jewels or trinkets. Ideal for collectors or as lamp table or even bedside table.
