Superb quality Mahogany Cylinder front desk with fitted interior. This beautiful piece dates from around 1820 furniture is the ultimate in a Biedermeier desk with the gorgeous patina and cylinder top desk with fitted interior and good big pull out writing surface of 76cm height. It is beautifully veneered in vertical matched pyramid flame mahogany. Fitted interior drawers still ivory knobs and a central locking cabinet door with ornate marquetry inlay . The three drawers below are each fitted with gilt bronze empire handles and escutcheon in shield shape. All locks are original and working
