Antique Empire pair of console tables with satinwood inlay in the late Louis XVI or Directoire manner.
Each table is solid mahogany with blonde string inlay with curved corners. Supported by a neoclassical inlaid apron and tapering legs with string inlay and raised on turned feet.
This pair of tables may also be used to combine into one dining table. The elegant later added back legs matching the front legs and allow for substantial skirting board overhang whilst still allowing the tops to directly meet the wall.
