Biedermeier period two door armoire cabinet with fretwork upper door with gothic tracery in walnut and ebony. Superb quality vertical matched walnut and completely original finish. The interior with removable fitted shelves and two lower drawers below. Each door has its own key and ornate gothic brass escutcheons. A wonderful storage cabinet or may be converted into a bookcase with an upper glazed section if desired. Internal depth is 34 cm which makes this a very versatile piece of furniture. Good original patina finish. The whole raised on elegant small taper legs. German 1830's
