Rare walnut chest of drawers Italy 1590

Extremely rare original Italian carved walnut chest from The Figdor collection . Museum quality, this late 16th century walnut commode comes from the well-documented collection of Dr. Albert Figdor in Vienna. The well carved paw feet supports a solid walnut body with three ornate carved front walnut drawers. The fine workmanship and excellent original condition retaining its original patina are all value points that Dr. Figdor built his famous collection upon. This dates to a genuine 1590-1650 and has plenty of provenance. A very rare opportunity to own a documented historic treasure.
