Empire chest of drawers inlaid 1820

Antique original late Empire very early Biedermeier period mahogany chest of three drawers. Danish Empire period chest of drawers with satinwood string inlay architectural stepped front drawers Biedermeier 1820. All surfaces in solid mahogany with with Regency influenced double line inlay in contrasting satinwood. All oak drawer runners and glides have been well serviced so they open very smoothly. Raised on elegant plinth base with rounded corners and turned feet. Each drawer with inlaid escutcheons and gilt lions head brass handles . Superb original french polish is a value point.
