Antique pair Regency period chairs in carved solid Brazilian rosewood with drop in upholstered seats and good original finish circa 1820. The shaped back with ornate carved details raised on elegant turned and reeded front and sabre rear legs. The elegant arched back with its carved shoulder corbels is perfect to support the back and shoulders and is a neoclassic ergonomic element of grand design.
