Antique Georgian Regency period sewing table with three drawers and silk lined basket raised on classical legs . The top with cross banding in Brazilian rosewood and satinwood banding. Three drawers below with brass knobs and locks. Below these drawers is a removable pull out wooden basket with original silk cover and interior lining. You can pin your favourite fabric to the outside of the wooden tapering box. Raised on Neoclassic legs with scroll carvings and on hidden brass castors. Warm patina with original polished finish is a value point. Perfect as a bedside or lamp table. 1820
