Pair French Louis XVI gilt wall lights with 2 arms and carved wood parrots vintage 1930's wiring France. The carved and painted birds resting on tapering carved pillaster column. Original painted finish. Two hollw metal arms scroll upwards with gold leaf finish and wrought metal leaves. The wall lights with vintage European conversion to electricity with to suit small standard screw lamps. Original wiring and fittings may need to be updated by your local electrician if hard wired into an interior. Originally these wall lamps were designed for use with traditional wax candles.
