French Empire marble top centre table

Antique French Empire gueridon centre table with black marble top raised on mahogany column with ormolu mount to platform base. The black fossil marble rests on the magogany drum apron and is supported by a tapering flame mahogany column with an engine turned bronze mount to base. This rests on a platform base and in turn is supported by hidden castors inside the turned feet giving an excellent legroom clearance under the marble top of around 72cm. .
