From the talented & famous Cilento clan, Margaret Cilento was a pioneer in Abstract Expressionism & a master of figurative painting. Her work is held in major public galleries here & overseas, including the Art Gallery of Nsw, the Australian National Gallery, Queensland Art Gallery & the National Gallery of Victoria. She won international awards & studied at prestigious schools in New York, Paris & London along with sister actor Diane Cilento.
