Antique Regency writing table Desk two drawers in Brazilian Rosewood on turned brass cup castors 1810 The top with black leather inlay and cross banded edge. Two drawers below the top with original turned rosewood knobs and brass Regency locks with working key. All drawer runners have been serviced for smooth operation. Raised on elegant turned Brazilian rosewood legs with brass cup castors and wheels. Original french finish polished all round so it can stand in the centre of a room. Small antique desks with castors allowed it to be easily moved around the room to catch the daylight.
