Italian silver gilt wood coffee table

Large antique Venetian carved silver gilt lamp table in solid wood with glazed top Italian mid century. The tempered glass top sits inside a moulded wooden frame raised on ornate baroque carved legs joined by rococo scroll stretchers. An ornate carwed wood finial rises from the centre of the stretchers and gives perspective to the design as viewed through the glass top. Hand carved and original antiques hand finished patina, tables of these proportions didnt exist in the 18th century hence this bespoke made table fills the requirements for modern decorator interiors.
