Vintage Georgian leather top wine table

Vintage antique mahogany wine table lamp table in Georgian flame mahogany with raised carved serpentine lip top and gilt tooled leather inlay. Raised on a turned column support with reeded detail and with elegant out swept tripod legs. Good original french polished patina finish. The unusual size makes this a very versatile piece of antique furniture. Its height of 51 cm is ideal as a wine table and could also be used as a bedside table. Period 18th century tables of these proportions did not exist hence this well made bespoke mid 20th century table fills the needs in modern interiors.
