1770 landscape painting after C Lorrain

Large Original 18th century oil painting on canvas of an romantic pastorale landscape in the manner of Claude Lorrain. Although the painting is not signed it does show great depth and talet of the artist and brings together all the familiar elements of Claude Lorrain's famouns Italian landscapes. The painting has recently been reframed in gilt wood frame and mounted on board. Claude Lorain (1600-1682) was born in France and was one of the most noted lanscape painters of the baroque era.
