Antique French Louis XVI blonde cherry Bureau Plat writing desk brass handles, three drawers, two extension slides all with original tooled rouge leather inlay. French Louis XVI style pale cherry writing desk. The top with original red gilt tooled leather insert in good well cared for condition- a value point. The desk is fitted with 3 drawers. The central drawer with original bronze escutcheon and key to working lock. There are also two useful extension slides with gilt leather inserts at either end of the desk. Good original polished all round so it can stand in the centre of a room.
