Antique French Empire style bouillotte table with drawers and leather slides and cararra marble top The superb quality solid mahogany table raised on four turned flutes legs with bronze sabot feet in the Louis XVI manner Tables of these proportions did not exist in the 18th century hence this bespoke made table with its versatile marble top meets the interior designer's requirements for modern comfort. The original hand polished shellac surface is in good condition with a lovely deep colour and the pierced brass gallery surrounding the marble adds a nice detail to this superb table.
