Nest of tables gilt leather inlay

Antique Georgian Sheraton style nest of three tables gilt edge tooled leather tops and ebonized details. These lovely tables in the french Neoclassical Louis XVI and Georgian Sheraton manner next well sliding underneath each other. Raised on turned and fluted legs the bleached or limed finish contrasts nicely with the black leather tops. Tables of these dimensions did not exist in the 18th century hence these bespoke early 20th century made tables fulfill the designers needs. Good original polished patina finish.
