Antique late Georgian mahogany bow front dressing chest with gilt bronze handles and 9 drawers circa 1800
The rare and desirable bow front shape is fitted with 9 drawers of various heights. Each has an acorn decorated bronze knob and original locks and one working key.
The flame mahogany surface with satinwood string inlay and edging. A kneehole is fitted with a recessed door that opens with a key to reveal a single shelf interior.
Chests of this quality are rare and the multiple drawers are ideal for the connoisseur collector .
Raised on Sheraton feet. The kneehole is 69cm high.
