Large Venetian carved gilt mirror rococo

Large antique carved wood silver gilt rococo mirror with acanthus scrolls and Venetian glass edges. Solid carved wood with old silver leaf gilding over burnished bolle finish. The ornate framed mirror with acanthus scrolls and good original finish in the Italian rococo manner . The antique inner glass is surrounded by a pillow cushion frame with fine mirror glass fillets in the Venetian manner. Although this hand carved fruitwood frame looks to be 1730's it dates from the first half of the 20th century. Overall dimensions Height 154 cm Width 115 cm Depth 5 cm
