Heavy brass lamp candlestick oil lamp

Antique Ottoman oil lamp in solid brass with ornate chiselled design and engraved complete with drip tray. The candlestick style of oil lamp was traditional throughout east asia. The castellated top bowl could hold a resevoir of oil and wax to feed the four wick nozzles that emminate or could be used for a wide candle. Raised on an tall elegant shaped ornate cast brass column with solid copper drip bowl below to catch any wax or oil drips due to wind influences.
