Rare 17th century bookcase cabinet Italy

Magnificent antique walnut bookcase top buffet deux-corps with four doors in solid carved oak and walnut, circa 1690. This two height cabinet with gorgeous carved panels. Carved pelmet above two hand drawn glass glazed doors that open with a key to a vast interior with lift out shaped shelves. The interior is painted a duck egg blue. Two further shaped front doors below open to another interior with lift out shelf. Heavy wrought iron barrel hinges allow doors to be reversed if left open. Original finish of the Renaissance period with exquisite carvings. North Italian circa 1690
