Austrian Biedermeier mahogany lamp table with single drawer raised on sturdy shaped tulip scroll form legs. The well polishe mahogany top over a single drawer The drawer is a traditional key opening push pull type with gilt bronze escutcheon. Raised on a pair of scroll top columns in the neoclassical manner joined with central stretcher. Beautiful polished condition nice and sturdy. Ideal as lamp table , bedside or even lap top table or as hallway console. Small antique Biedermeier furniture is much sought after and is often confused as Art Deco but dates to around a century prior!
