Louis Philippe lamp bedside table ormolu

Antique lamp or bedside table with single drawer kingwood and ormolu mounts raised on curved legs. The gorgeous marquetry top with ornate kingwood and tulip wood veneers. the serpentine edge with rich gilt bronze mouldings. A single drawer with gilt handles is raised on elegant and slender curved legs with a lower platform stretcher below. Good original french polished finish all round so it can stand in the centre of a room or next to a sofa. French Louis Philippe 1830 in the 18th century Louis XVI manner.
