Antique solid walnut French Louis XV 3 pce. lounge suite parcel gilt vintage silk velvet upholstery 1890. Gorgeous waxed walnut frames are all firm and sturdy with ornate carved details highlights in gilt and raised on cabriole legs. Good larger proportions than the small 18th century originals this suite consists of a pair of fauteuil (armchairs) and a canape (settee) Vintage silk velvet upholstery with springs under the seat for comfort. Some wear to the armrest fabric covers and minor stains. This suite would be superb covered in a neutral colour linen fabric or use as is.
