Scandinavian solid oak Biedermeier chest of 4 drawers working locks and key original finish circa 1845.
The solid top with carved canted corners over a linen fold front drawer that opens with a key through a brass shield shaped escutcheon.
Three further drawers below with matching escutcheons and turned bronze knobs.
Raised on turned front feet and block back feet.
All drawers open very smoothly as all runners have been serviec and waxed.
Original walnut french polished finished patina is a value point.
