Small Brazilian rosewood drop side table

Rare small sized Napoleon III Brazilian rosewood drop side lamp table raised on pierced lyre supports circa 1855. The beautifully french polished top with two drop-side extension leaves. The ornate lyre shaped supports with pierced scroll tracery joins a central stretcher and are raised by neoclassical short sabre feet all in superb condition. This is a rare exhibition piece in Brazilian rosewood and was most likely made for the Exposition Universelle des Beaux Arts de Paris in 1855. Height : 60cm, Width: 60cm, Depth : 32cm /54cm /75cm
