A gorgeous pair of French Rococo Louis XV style bedside tables or cabinet chests of two drawers with serpentine fronts and inlaid sides. Each drawer with marquetry inlay and satinwood stringing. Fitted with bronze handles and mounts. Carved rococo legs with ormolu mounts highlight these cute hallway or bedside chests The shaped Siena marble tops add to the versatile design and a shallow depth of only 31 cm is ideal as a hall console table. Each piece is signed by the maker with an impressed branded mark "M P ". French Louis early 20th century in the French 18th century manner.
