Rococo carved oak chest of drawers 1760

Original 18th century French rococo chest of drawers with bronze handles bombe shaped body 1760's This 4 drawer chest is of generous proportions for lots of storage. The chest comes in two sections to allow lifting up those narrow 18th century stone staircases. The carved leg base supports the chest and is the third section. Original locks to drawers. Superb quality patina and very desirable rare warm oak finish. All drawers open very smoothly as runners have been well waxed serviced. The drawer interiors are nice and clean. The rare bombe shape is possibly from Alsace.
