Georgian style mahogany coffee table

Vintage English Georgian style style coffee table with solid gallery surround top raised on four carved molded legs joined by an "H" stretcher. Coffee tables of these dimensions did not exist in the 18th century. They are a 20th century invention to suit modern lifestyles hence this vintage English made example fits the decorator's requirements. Original french polished finish with only minor surface marks consistent with age and use. Ideal as an occasional wine or lamp table or even bedside table.
