Antique sofa table raised on sabre legs in the Georgian Regency manner circa 1810.
The top with satinwood crossbanding and ebony string inlay and with two drop sides. These extend with strong supports hidden underneath.
below the top are two drawers each with bronze ring pull handles.
Please note that as coffee tables did not exist in early 1800's they were a 20th century invention. This originally table have been desk height but has been reduced some time ago to meet a decorators specifications and makes it ideal as a coffee table. Original patina finish. Length:93/112/134cm
